FINANCIAL STABILITY MODEL
Interregional nonprofit organization Clean Games attracts not only grants and subsidies but works with corporate clients: arrange Clean Games for employees of companies in the CSR framework. We take ongoing efforts with partners which support activities conducted by Clean Games organization. In addition, Clean Games organization takes part in public procurements on the appropriate subject.
DIRECT RESULTS FOR THE CURRENT YEAR
A series of online challenges was conducted in the framework of Clean Challenges, with publications of challenge posts as answers to tasks in social media. The project allowed to involve about 1000 participants in ecological volunteering. Aggregate information coverage of the project amounted to over 100,000 views (social media and news outlets). Furthermore, team competitions in the decentralized format are held on the basis of non-profit franchise. Assistance in registration of nonprofit organizations were provided to 5 teams, over 40 nonprofit organizations received consultations regarding the grant support, all these were in the framework of the project Resource Support of Socially-Oriented Nonprofit Organizations of Leningrad Oblast.
SOCIAL EFFECTS ACHIEVED IN THE CURRENT YEAR
Clean Games Organization was able to continue the activity focused on involvement of citizens in constructive ecological activities, replication of the best practices of ecological volunteering, development of environmentally responsible lifestyle.

NPO "Russian Dessert Museum" holds guided tours on the traditions of the Russian peasant and merchant sweet buffet, the candy shop of the late 19th century, the Russian stove. At the workshops in the museum you can learn how to paint gingerbread, sculpt sugar flowers, bake black bread, barankas and pies. Russian Dessert Museum implements a social project "The Museum will give in good hands a centuries-old baranka craft", aimed at the development of small businesses and the revival of the baranka craft.

SOLUTIONS USED
Sightseeing tours where participants will learn about the traditions of Russian peasant cuisine, as well as master classes where we teach people to cook dishes following old-time recipes in a real Russian stove.

Investments Required: The museum needs help in developing its collection, reparing its room. We also need a computer.
Impact Assessment Methods: The most important thing is returnability of people. Roughly every third person once attended an excursion becomes more interested in Russian culture and cuisine, many people come back for new information, to learn how to cook wholesome dishes in stove. Moreover, some people start to apply acquired knowledge in their life. For instance, they do not buy bread at grocery store any more, but make their own according to a recipe we provide to every our attendee at excursions.

ACHIEVEMENTS, AWARDS
The museum is the winner of Cultural Mosaic, the nation-wide contest of towns and villages, and the Best of the Best of the charitable foundation of Elena and Gennady Timchenko; the contest of grants of the President of the Russian Federation; the contest of grants of the Ministry of Culture of Moscow Oblast; nation-wide contest the Best Social Project of the Year — 2018.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IN THE CURRENT YEAR?
The Museum became a participant of Active Longevity programme with over 50 free excursions conducted for socially vulnerable groups of citizens in its framework; a participant of European Heritage Days programme with new 5 master classes created in its framework. The Museum also became a participant of the exhibition Family of Russia, Support of Russia of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Over 500 excursions and over 200 master classes were arranged.

The Ecopad project at Idea Print premises is a workshop, a sustainable enterprise and an example of social entrepreneurship. Through the efforts of people from deprived backgrounds and volunteers, we create notepads and other stationery from scraps of the printing press. Our vision is that you can do a good thing even from scraps, saving resources, helping people and multiplying the world’s goodness. 90 % of the profits from Ecopad sales are donated to charity.

Ecopad addresses several social and ecological issues: the need to conserve natural resources, the need for careful attitude towards the native environment and sustainably minded habits, and support for socially vulnerable groups and people in difficult circumstances.
