Многие из освоенных вами стратегий и методов вполне могут пригодиться вам в дальнейшей жизни. Психотерапевт или консультант, который вам помог, вполне может и впредь быть вашей поддержкой в стрессовой ситуации. Или, может быть, стать более стрессоустойчивым вам помогла медитация, так что теперь она превратилась в вашу повседневную привычку.
С каждым новым днём вы будете сталкиваться с новыми препятствиями, и вполне возможно, что вам снова потребуется что-то в себе изменить. Возможно, вы захотите вернуться к тому методу терапии, который вам помог, или попробовать что-то новое для достижения новых целей.
